I guess that January 31 will be a big surprise for you.

If you liked the $83 million verdict, next week will be a treat for you.

Are you tired of winning yet?

I’ll believe it when I see it actually paid , not awarded.  But you’re smart enough to know he’ll pay nothing close to that amount.  “The art of the deal “. Read it!

If ever proof was needed that the US "justice system" is a very bad joke, this is it. If it was anyone but Trump would the penalty be as large?

  • Did you hear that?  That was the sound of Trump support going up yet again.  Because the American voters recognize this for what it is.  Except, of course, those with TDS.

I doubt he’ll pay his lawyers, but he will pay what the courts order him to pay.

Assuming of course he’s not bankrupted by the award against him.

Here we go again.  Everybody is always picking on little donnie boy.  Every charge against him is a witch hunt.  Every jury verdict is rigged unless he wins.  Every election is rigged unless he wins.  Every person he hires is the best and brightest until they say something that he doesn't like then they are idiots, commies, traitors, to be vilified and threatened.  Every woman lets him grab em by the pxxxy as they just can't resist his "charms".  Every wife was great until he got divorced.  Every business deal was perfect except maybe the dozens that went bankrupt.  Every judge that rules against him is biased.  Every grand jury that indicts him is full of planted democrats.  Every prosecutor that files charges against him is controlled by Biden.  Every thing he has ever done or ever will do is perfect....it is just all so unfair to poor little bone spur donnie, born with a silver spoon to shovel BS.......and every fool who sends money to the man who is so rich he will never ever need or ask for their money needs to look up the word delusional if they can't admit that they have been conned.

It’s poetic justice catching up with old Donnie his mentor Roy Cohen was senator mcarthys lawyer a heinous man from our history that gained fame by destroying lives by false fact free allegations.that's donneys mentor….then Donnie’s alliance with the publisher of the national inquirer David pecker, that’s the fact free rumor monger magazine here it the states.then there’s Donnie with a silver shovel shoved up his rear running his mouth never facing consequences shielded by wealth destroying our country and our institutions that made our country what it is.Well looks like that’s coming to an end.hopefully it will end in the penitentiary were he belongs what an utter loser of a human being……

He’s very experienced in declaring bankruptcy (did it five or six times already), so maybe he’ll try to pull that schtick one more time. Although for that to actually happen, he should get much better lawyers. But the really good ones won’t touch him with a ten foot pole, because they know Trump will stiff them with the bill.

If the Democratic controlled NY congress and Guv'ner hadn't signed the magic limited extension period into law, this lawsuit couldn't have happened.   Nor the rape case.

And no.  I don't believe her.  Filing a lawsuit almost 30 years later for a rape that she can't even remember what year it happened.  In a public place, where all she had to do at the time was find store security to report it.  Not to mention all the "Me Too" cases that have been shut down when CCTV video showed the woman to be a very willing participant that just changed her mind later.

The case stinks of lawfare and election interference and money grubbing, on several levels.  Even if it wasn't Trump in the dock.

What don't you understand about the fact that case had nothing to do with the Survivors Act? The second one,, coupled with the defamation lawsuit did. And guess what? That lawsuit failed. So the survivors act didn't help her at all.

You’re obviously clueless (as usual) to his net worth.

As I told your compadre, post a copy of the check. I’ll be waiting.

Actually, as anyone should know by know, The Art of the Deal is a work of fiction. Trump's companies repeatedly because he paid too much to acquire them. In other words, he got outnegotiated.

He is good at stiffing small time contractors and such. People who can't afford to fight the bully. Carroll has the resources to take it to him all the way. And if the loon keeps on slandering her, he may well end up losing his entire fortune.

Bankruptcy:  completely legal.

Who would recommend as his lawyer?  Being the fountain of knowledge you are.

Exactly which lawyer was stiffed?  I’m all ears.

Fiction:  another first!  It’s getting better and better.  Keep it coming!

Added:  No doubt NYC small business is tough competing with the heavy players.  Free market principles, Not all survive.  That’s life.  That’s business.  Stay in your league.

Love him or hate him you better have your s… together going against him.  In business or politics.  He’s a New York street fighter, businessman edition.

As you obviously know I support him but

my next comment is not political.

No other US politician in DC has come under the unrelenting attacks, impeachment, political motivated witch hunts etc since he took office.     Non stop.  Democrats or Republicans.  Others would of broke much sooner.

And he keeps fighting.  My respect.

The jury, bad as it was, told it to the judge.

"Trump is only a rapist because a jury said so" is not a really good defense.

I find it's poetic justice that an 80 year old woman has made Trump accountable for his false rhetoric.

Something that no-one else has been able to do, not only once but twice.

And I look at it from a different perspective.  A broke 80 yo woman, her Studio 54 days are distant memories is on her last leg to get rich the only, repeat only way she can.

It’s the world we live in.

It's pretty despicable to trash an aged rape victim.

Trump isn't declaring bankruptcy due to breaking a law. He is going down because he doesn't have enough money to pay his debts.

Quite possibly but one thing is certain.  It ain’t her money.   Another gold digger charity case.

Other Peoples Money (OPM) most likely from the wealthy Globalist, Socialist  that are hell bent on taking down Trump.

Normally I would agree.

But in this case not so much.  She wasn’t raped and she remembers nothing about it.

30 years ago, not 20, not 10, not 5.  30!

You already know what I think of her.

19 women have come forward to say they were sexually assaulted by Trump in various ways. It's a pattern. Perhaps you think all 19 women are like her, demonstrating your own ... .

Two interesting things about the award. First is, Trump hasn't said a word about E Jean Carroll, only attacking the judge and courts. If he were to defame her again, she could sue for even more.

Second is if/when Trump appeals the verdict, he has to post a bond equivalent to the damages award. IMO he's going to have trouble finding an asset of that value which is unencumbered.

Trump has already deposited $5 million in escrow for the first appeal.

He's not going to deposit anything for the second appeal, and instead depend on the first appeal. If that fails, he will stiff her on the $83 million.

Given her attorneys, Trump may lose Mar-A-Lago over that.

The issue isn't what you think of her, the issue is you love Trump. So much that you believe Trump when he says the 2020 election was stolen.

19 women can accuse anyone of anything.   Hint:  Don’t believe everything you hear and only half of what you see.

And if he declares bankruptcy she will get nothing, pity!

Love?  Sorry but not LBTGQ.

I do support him as the best President since the late great Ronald Reagan.  I will vote for him again and guess what.  You can do nothing to stop me.

BTW, please cut and paste the post where I said I believe Trump when he says the election was stolen.

Just out of curiosity, how many other cases proceeded during that time window?  Or was it just Trumps?

According to a newsletter put out by the New York State Senate...

"...In the year since a one-time window opened in New York State allowing people to file sex-abuse lawsuits even after the statute of limitations had expired, more than 3,000 civil suits have been filed."
