Hello,

I'm looking to extend my stay and I've been hearing and reading multiple times about lawyers that will help you set up a business visa/work permit without actually working or the need to open your company with all the constraints implied like having 4 Thai workers

But so far I've been struggling a bit to find the right lawyer, I've asked some big firms which seem to only follow the "right" way, so my question is do you have recommendations on who to talk to, or where to look ?

Thank you

If you google "Professional Employer Organisation Bangkok" or "Employer of Record" you will come across a few firms that provide a "Sponsored Work Permit" service, which is what you're looking for.

I've (unfortunately for you) never heard about that possibility or seen it mentioned anywhere.

The OP would be better off trying for a ED visa with a school that more interested in collecting school fees than attendance.
