Thanks Mike!  Myasthenia Gravis is the Auto-Immune disease she has.  We have a Neurologist currently here at Scripps Institute in San Diego, California but are looking for one in our other home in Chiang Mai as well.  We need to start communicating and sharing our doctor’s chart & info here in San Diego with a Neurologist there in CM.

Anyone else with any knowledge or recommendations about a Neurologist in Chiang Mai or BKK that has experience with MG would be gratefully appreciated.

There is a specialist neurological hospital in Chiang Mai, located near to Suan Dok, it's a large hospital and I'm sure they would be able to guide you. Alternatively Moderator @Sheryl will no doubt be along shortly to offer more specialised advice. Good luck

I don't unfortunately have the name of a specific doctor there but you could try email or phone call

Best if your wife send the email or call in Thai

In Bangkok this US trained doctor specializes in MG  https://www.bangkokhospital.com/en/doctor/prof-dr-kongkiat-kulkantrakorn

Well, so she needs someone speaking her mother language? And that is Thai, isn't it? For what she's looking for someone speaking English??

Likely her husband wants to be able to join her on visits and discuss with/ask questions of  the doctor. It is a serious and long term condition. Quite understandable.

Maybe it will help if you take your husband to see a doctor. But why do you actually have to answer for the OP? And besides, it is much better if an expert doctor gives his report or diagnosis in his native language. We live in 2024, where ChatGPT or Google translate provide translation simultaneously.

Forgive me for butting in but Moderator Sheryl is a highly regarded medical professional who has helped thousands of posters on this forum over nearly two decades, her response i typically trying to be helpful.

May I suggest that you post more respectfully in the future.
