snoop1130
Khanom Krok, a Thai dessert pancake, has been ranked the world’s fourth best pancake and the best in Southeast Asia in February’s Tasteatlas listing. The website ranked the top 50 pancakes globally, including seven from Southeast Asia. The top three are France’s crepe, Germany’s Kaiserschmarrn and China’s Jianbing. Khanom Krok is made of a mixture of rice flour, sugar and coconut milk, with or without toppings such as shredded taro, shredded corn kernels or coriander leaves, after the batter is fried. Pouatchee
taste what? Methodology The methodology of TasteAtlas is seemingly simple. Visitors vote, and we tally the votes and publish the rankings. Our key mechanism is a system we developed that differentiates genuine from invalid votes. We track the visitor's behavior on our web, we track all his ratings, and depending on whether the system recognizes him as a real visitor or as a nationalist or a bot, his votes are recognized or ignored. You can't visit TasteAtlas, slap fives and fours on Italian cheeses, ones and twos on French, and expect your votes to count. You can't come to TasteAtlas, give a few ratings, and expect your votes to be valid.

Popular Post ezzra
I think there was a typo there, it should read 'the 40th best dessert in the world' as only people with no idea as how a dessert should tests would even consider this food abomination to be included in the competition at all... 1 1

Regards Worgeordie Yes the British pancake is the best, thin (other wise called Crepes), lemon juice, sprinkled with sugar, then rolled. Not like the thick ones that Thais and the Americans seem to prefer. YUK and we only had them one day of the year, not for forking breakfast everyday. 1

It is the day before Christian Lent, when they were Shriven = absolved from their sins, before the 40 days of Lent, when JC was in the Devil's wilderness. The date is variable so it cannot be true! Summat to do with t'moon. The making of Pancakes was supposed to use up all the 'nice' food in the home.....flour, milk & eggs.
