For a long term rental, probably more than 1 year, i look for a house or town house to rent under 13.000 bahts.

In the AREA OF : PHUKET TOWN , KATHU, KOH KAEW, PANWA , CHALONG

Requirements:

i would suggest you take a look at houseinphuket.com as she has many houses there for rent......thats where i found my house.

Can recomend houseinphuket.com !! Wellta and her brother did the outmost to help me on my search for a place to rent last august !!
