For a long term rental, probably more than 1 year, i look for a house or town house to rent under 13.000 bahts.

In the AREA OF : PHUKET TOWN , KATHU, KOH KAEW, PANWA , CHALONG

Requirements:

1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

phone line

ADSL optional

kitchen

small green garden

Furniture or not
