Phujadkarn Newspaper [Thai language daily] is reporting [today] that the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand [iEAT] is currently revising its regulations to allow for 50 year leases (as opposed to the current 30 year leases). Whilst this may not have an immediate effect on anyone posting here [although, of course, there is no reason why it may not], it will be very interesting to see whether or not this becomes a new trend/development in the lease sector as a whole.
