Ummm...being used by those upholding the law. Break the law, pay the price. His guilt has been determined by a jury of his peers. Amazing you think that he should be above the law

I gave that a laugh emoji.

I'll give another one here.

According to a 2013 Gallup poll, 94% of Fox viewers "either identify as or lean Republican".[101] The 2019 Pew survey showed that among people who named Fox News as their main source for political and election news, 93% identify as Republicans.

Clogging up the judicial system is entirely on those that are using it to try and keep him off the ballot, or are you claiming that Trump is trying to prosecute himself?

Why not blame the person is being charged for providing clear evidence of the crimes he's committed?  The judicial system is supposed to prosecute those people.  (In anticipation of the favored deflection:  Biden cooperated once classified was discovered, Trump obstructed attempts to retrieve and secure the classified.  That's why Trump is being prosecuted and Biden is not.).

Of course it Trump hadn't been using every legal delay his lawyers could come up with his cases would already be resolved.
