Farang's reputation for attacking Thai women in Thailand.

What is it about farangs that make them attack Thai women so often?

General frustrations of life here which causes dummy spits?

A superioty complex? 

Or are we just spineless scumbags in general?

We hardly ever see Russians, Chinese or Indians do it. It is a farang thing.

 

*I just saw the link to the Farang attacking the pregnant Thai horse. Is no female safe in Thailand from the violent farang?

Obesity is catching up fast here for exactly that reason, and there are hundreds of thousands of great restaurants with food from all corners of the world there. Another thing you won't know unless you visit, or live there.

The OP tries to ingratiate himself with his Thai drinking buddies by agreeing with ugly and false generalizations about the expat community based on a recent but atypical flurry of negative news stories. Then he comes on AN to make the same ugly and false generalizations. It's called being maliciously dispiriting, and I'll leave it others to speculate about the psychological motivations behind this behavior. 

 

If there's an underlying risk factor for why guys "act out" when the pressure gets to be too much, it's probably due to social isolation and a lack of a social network to function as a safety valve for these pressures. A lot of that alienation and keeping your distance mentality starts on social media, like ASEANOW.  Posters posturing as though they are psychological confections with impeccable social skills while talking to  everyone else as if they're a ticking time bomb mental/social misfit is not helping to improve things. It actually is making things worse.

 

If you want to make the world a better place, start with the man in the mirror. For example, if you find exploitation and violence against women so deplorable, how do you justify bragging about using your Thai language skills and finances to entice vulnerable factory girls into one-night stands, and providing the financial lure underpinning the sex industry? Do you really imagine your Thai male friends think such behavior is any more acceptable?

Nothing to do with the little head but trusting the wrong woman. It wasn't a scam. She still lives in the same village but I'm in the house because I paid 100% for it. She wants to come back but I have no interest because when trust is gone, so am I.

Along with the thousands that are still married, and working in restaurants they opened with their husband's help. I know of 7 personally in the San Antonio area who own restaurants that are doing extremely well. I've talked with many, both men and women, and they've told me they will never move back here because of the better living conditions in the US. There are some that might have scammed men into moving there and because prostitutes or just weren't good wives then were dumped, so they had to make do. Hard to tell if you don't actually know people personally, as most don't.

You look at a women that's very pretty, and speaks English also, and sometimes things happen. I should have stayed with the original girl.
