Mr. Chaiphon Paephiromrat, Deputy Governor of Chonburi province, visited Sri Racha district on March 20th to inspect flood-hit areas and distribute relief bags to residents affected by recent flooding.

The visit follows recent disastrous flooding in Sri Racha in which several areas were affected.

Mr. Chaiphon was accompanied by district and provincial officials, including Mr. Nopparat Sriprom, the Sri Racha District Chief, and Mr. Decha Ruen-orn, the Head of the Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Chonburi Province.

Unfortunately, our best ANF Flood Control Engineers all balcony jumped when The Tunnel didn't flood as firmly predicted. It was the shock of learning that water flows downhill, not uphill.
