April 13, 20241 yr My neighbour owns a bar. She has 2 kids approximately 2 and 7. She takes them to the bar at night but when the bar closes she brings them home around 12.30. She then leaves them alone 2-3 times a week to go partying until 5-6 in the morning. The children are locked inside the house. Should I report it?. If so who would I report it to?
