Why are so many foreigners reported DUI when many Thais are never reported?

Do they only catch foreigners?

Another useless post.

Haram is an Arabic term meaning 'forbidden'. This may refer to either something sacred to which access is not allowed to the people who are not in a state of purity or who are not initiated into the sacred knowledge; or, in direct contrast, to an evil and thus "sinful action that is forbidden to be done".

I was stupid enough to do it although only just over the limit, in court there were 14 of us, all the others were Thai, some received two week jail because not afford the fine. Most Thai I know think nothing of doing it.

The test indicated a 0.112 milligrams percent of alcohol, an amount that surpasses the lawful cap of 0.50.

I recommend going back to school and learn a little about math. 0.50 is 0.500 is 0.5000, or half a percent.

Since when 0.11 surpasses 0.50? BTW plenty of alcohol in Saudi Arabia. It’s where you go and who you are. Johnny Walker Black is the Royal’s favorite drink. Hypocrisy is rife there, so is Porn.

I'm pretty sure the word "milligrams" has no business being in that sentence. The sentence doesn't make sense on multiple levels. 0.112 is smaller than 0.50. The units are all over the place. He probably had an blood alcohol concentration of 0.112% and the legal limit is 0.05%.
