Yes, Just as we recently had a purge of Catholic ministers, I think that the time has come to establish rules and review who is deemed to be a monk.  My thinking is that a monk is a person that has spent years immersed in the faith, and not all these people tht say I am going to be a monk for a couple of months.

Also, they need to have someone with a brain in charge of each temple.
