The venue is NY because the alleged crimes were committed in NY.

NY is a pretty big state, but you know that.

Good. Guilty and convicted for sure then.

Typical leftist ideology!  No concern for the truth.

Only the weaponsization of the justice system to go after political opponents.

Straight out of the Marxist/Facist playbook.

Payback will be brutal come November.

To bring forward a case that the DOJ declined to prosecute, as well as Bragg's predecessor.

Of course DOJ prosecuted, they convicted Michael Cohen. But DOJ policy did not let them prosecute a sitting president.

Your Internet friends have lied to you again.

Sure.  Just like I'd trust a jury in Laurel Mississippi in the trial of a Black man accused of raping a white girl.

They selected the venue based on a guy who ran on "get Trump", in an area that voted overwhelmingly against Trump, and they hand selected a judge that supports his political opponent and whose daughter is making a fortune working for the opponent.

What could possibly be unfair?

It was Trump's decision to do his criming in NYC.

Even the dumbest voters know the difference between being compelled to be there, and choosing to be there.

That's the problem with Team Biden (and the Dem Elite in general).  They think American voters are idiots, and can't be trusted with important decisions.

In other words, you got nothing.

That's on Merrick Garland.

He did the best he could by sending his number three guy to New York to make up the current debacle.

The FEC declined to pursue the campaign finance violation because Michael Cohen had already pled guilty.

But, you knew that when you posted, because you cannot control your desire to post misinformation for Trump.

the election was in 2016, and Cohen did not plead guilty until 2018, as part of sentence reduction for his tax evasions convictions he was looking at 50 years for. But you've known that every time you've posted the lie.

Juror #2 has been acting strangely.

What, are they paying attention? Not to worry, if he tries to hang the jury, the judge can replace him with one of the alternates.

You seem reality challenged.

I have posted this before, but your amnesia kicked in.

The FEC declined to pursue the campaign finance violation because Cohen pled guilty to it.

I am not sure if the judge can remove a juror who is not deliberating.

Unlike you, I don't post declarations that are merely opinions.

My opinion is that the jury request for a reading of the jury instructions indicate that the majority of the jury is trying to convince the minority (or a single juror) to convict, and the holdout(s) claimed the evidence is only circumstantial.

I still worry about a lone holdout, either a Trump fan, or someone worried about the impact of a conviction on them or their family.

Donald J. Trump was found guilty on all counts.

Donald J. Trump was just convicted of all 34 counts of falsifying business records. He is the first American president to become a felon.

Trump is unresponsive, sitting slack at the defense table.

He is largely expressionless, a glum look on his face, as “guilty” has just been heard 34 times.
