Should COVID-19 jabs need clinical trials before approval?
Prof Dr Vinay PRASAD provides 5 reasons why the upcoming Fall Covid-19 booster should be approved on the basis of clinical trials before the roll-out Source: https://www.drvinayprasad.com/p/5-reasons-why-the-covid-19-vaccine = = = Prasad wrote > I couldn’t help but notice that the mainstream media is upset that going forward the fall COVID 19 booster might require randomized trials measuring clinical endpoints, rather than allowing Peter Marks to pick a variant target (based on an analogy to him buying milk) and then generate antibodies against the target. Helen Branswell from Stat, however, says that trials are not feasible. Is this true? Here are 5 reasons why COVID-19 shots should require trials. In the article he then provides 5 reasons why such clinical trials should be done before roll-out. See article > https://www.drvinayprasad.com/p/5-reasons-why-the-covid-19-vaccine Prasad concludes: Folks who think COVID-19 vaccines should continue to roll out without randomized trials are anti-vaccine, anti-science, and pro-corporate. Prasad's fifth reason reads: Without trials, it is only a matter of time before the FDA approves a vaccine that causes some bad outcome like vaccine-induced narcolepsy If this happens, you can kiss faith in vaccines goodbye. You will see vaccine hesitancy like you have never seen before. The FDA must have a strong commitment to safety and efficacy to preserve vaccine’s remaining reputation. = = = -

Fear of Sleep --> sleep apnea
Very sorry to hear this, Man. Yes. This would be one of my fears. Not sure how to sleep with one of those machines. However, the human brain adapts, and we know this. Still, something to be fearful of. Life provides us all, every one, with a cross to bear, and most like more than one. Hopefully, technology will get better. -

Donald Trump is still winning, one hundred days in
That would be nice, though now, I'm under the taxable threshold, since married, though that might be a stretch, legally. I'd like to see no RE taxes on your primary residence after a certain age, or while collecting Social Security. One thing that keeps me from even thinking about living in the USA, on principle, and what a huge chunk of one's income that is, along with monthly healthcare premiums. My total monthly bills living in TH doesn't equal what just those 2 monthly bills alone would be. Taxed to live in a house, you paid a tax on, when you bought, with income that was already taxed. Something inherently wrong that concept. -
