I have really had it with people reacting to posters in stead of posts.

Just treat them as small petty minded children, though children usually grow up and out of silly things.

Okay, discuss morality.

This American patriot contacted the FBI who failed to act.

He could just have sold the hard drive to Russia, cos we all know how much Democrats love a wee Russia conspiracy.

But he didn't. He didn't rest until the FBI acted.

Was that a moral act?

ps - did you know the FBI failed to act ( no chance you knew ).

Cos you'll be another guy commenting on something you don't know about.

Interesting. Do you have a source about it?

How long between the time he contacted the FBI, and the time they came to seize the laptop with a Grand Jury subpoena?

The correct place to stop commenting is after -

"No argument. I did not know about that."

The Internet is polluted by people like you commenting on issues that they don't know about.

It renders every comment you have made on this thread worthless.

Ho ho ho ,Lucky that You know everything about anything hey.

I regard your comments as  utterly meaningless.

"There was no need to access Any Files."  Not necessarily so.  Read a previous post of mine with a link that says otherwise.

Why ? there's no need to access the files . one can fix a computer without looking for something that has nothing to do with the repair .

If the owner of the laptop was Jared Kushner the FBI might have moved at the speed of lightning.

It was Trump's DOJ! 😃

Agreed. His addiction was terrible. But his laptop is just part of conspiracy theories. Nothing has been proven

The FBI had the laptop at the end of 2019. They have authenticated all the contents. No manipulation, no Russian interference.

It is not about Hunter doing drugs. It is also his illegal weapons purchase, participation in human trafficking, and so on. Plus leaving his father vulnerable to manipulation and extortion.

But what was found on the laptop. And from what I read, it passed through many hands before the FBI got it. Tainted for sure.

Please correct me if I am wrong

American patriots will be interested to know:

The repairman's first reaction was to contact the FBI as he knew that the contents of the laptop were a national security issue.

American patriots will be appalled to know that the FBI ignored him.

The guy knew he was sitting on massive strings of e-mails involving the former VP, Jill Biden, and other members of the Biden family.

And the FBI ignored him. They only acted when third parties such as Adam Housley got involved, No doubt digger70 didn't know that the FBI ignored the repairman.

This hard drive should have been removed from civilian ownership months before the FBI finally acted.

The untold story here is a genuine failure of the FBI to protect potential national security assets

Link proving that?

Obama got a Nobel Peace prize for nothing. Even Obama accepted that he didn't deserve the prize.

The Nobel committee realized they had made a mistake, and it was a dreadful mistake that robbed the Nobel prize of much of it's credibility.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-34277960

In my opinion, what destroyed the Nobel Peace prize as the ultimate badge of honor was its failure to award Jared Kushner the prize for his outstanding work re the Abraham Accords. To have four Muslim countries recognize Israel, and to have the Saudis open their airspace to Israeli civilian aircraft, was incredible.

Totally misrepresented this. The reason he felt it was a mistake was due to the backlash from those who hated Obama.

From the article

Geir Lundestad told the AP news agency that the committee hoped the award would strengthen Mr Obama.

Instead, the decision was met with criticism in the US, external. Many argued he had not had any impact worthy of the award.

Mr Lundestad, writing in his memoir, Secretary of Peace, said even Mr Obama himself had been surprised, external.

According to the shop owner, Hunter Biden brought in the liquid-damaged laptop for data recovery.  While he was transferring the files to an external hard drive he saw the compromising materials.

Sorry, I could not get the link for this information to work.

This is the best review I can find of Hunter's laptop. It's a mess and was handled by many people and files were added and deleted after being taken from the computer shop. It was a ploy by Rudy and other dodgy characters to discredit Biden before the election.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/03/30/hunter-biden-laptop-data-examined/

Soon after that period of inactivity — and months after the laptop itself had been taken into FBI custody — three new folders were created on the drive. Dated Sept. 1 and 2, 2020, they bore the names “Desktop Documents,” “Biden Burisma” and “Hunter. Burisma Documents.”

Williams also found records on the drive that indicated someone may have accessed the drive from a West Coast location in October 2020, little more than a week after the first New York Post stories on Hunter Biden’s laptop appeared.

Over the next few days, somebody created three additional folders on the drive, titled, “Mail,” “Salacious Pics Package” and “Big Guy File” — an apparent reference to Joe Biden.

For anyone interested, here is an article and 43 minute you tube video.  Try this:  Google WFAA Hunter Biden's Laptop.  The video is an interview with John Paul Mac Isaac,  the shop owner who worked on the laptop.  Isaac reveals some very alarming details about what really occurred. His experience in dealing with the FBI, if true, is beyond shocking.

NOTE:  I could not find a workable link.

Later assertions by Twitter owner Elon Musk and others that the government had ordered the company to suppress the Post story to favor Joe Biden in the weeks leading to the election were not supported by a Twitter Files examination authorized by Musk.[6]

Trump attempted to turn the story into an October surprise to hurt Joe Biden's campaign by falsely alleging that while in office Biden had acted corruptly regarding Ukraine to protect his son.[12][13][14] A joint investigation by two Republican Senate committees released in September 2020 did not find wrongdoing by Joe Biden with regards to Ukraine and his son's business dealings there.[15] Despite persistent allegations that the laptop contents indicated corruption by Joe Biden, a Republican House Oversight committee investigation in April 2024 also found no wrongdoing.

Wikipedia is not a good source for this sort of information

You should look up the actual people who published the Twitter files

Matt Taibbi, Bari Weiss, Lee Fang, Michael Shellenberger, David Zweig and Alex Berenson

I can't remember who did the laptop info off the top of my head.

Porno pictures and videos involving prostitutes and owner of said laptop, drug taking videos involving prostitutes and owner of said laptop  evidence of "human trafficking" of the prostitutes

( yes trafficking a bit tenuous but hey it's lawfare season)

Some incriminating emails about the "big guy"   I'm sure there's things I forgot.

Wikipedia is an ok source for information. Not the best but not the worst. Don't see problems with these people. Can you provide a credible link proving otherwise?

On controversial issues like this  it is a bad source

https://nypost.com/2021/07/16/wikipedia-co-founder-says-site-is-now-propaganda-for-left-leaning-establishment/

Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger has warned that the website can no longer be trusted — insisting it is now just “propaganda” for the left-leaning “establishment.”

Not trying to be pushy.  Try googling this:  "wfaa hunter bidens laptop"  Shop owner gives chronology from start to finish, about 43 minutes long.  In watching the interview doesn't seem fabricated.  Judge for yourself.

Any Wikipedia article is not better nor worse than the sources it uses. That's why it's always necessary to look at the sources. There is no good or bad Wikipedia " in general" as authors are different.

In this particular Wikipedia article, the sources are legit and seem to confirm what is written in the WP article ( well, for the parts I checked)

The link does not work.  This is why I suggested Google or other search machine.

Originally I posted the link and checked it several times. Couldn't get it to work.
