How do you manage yourself when you have so many things to do?

I am interested in almost everything. Thus, I found myself giving time to everything, which led to poor time management.

Being an ex-IT guy and spending years in Project Management, I use old fashioned spreadsheets and 'to do' lists.

Unfortunately, being an old, forgetful guy now, it does not work so well.

I forget to look at them.

Maybe write all of the interests down on a spread sheet. Sort them into priority order and then plan your weeks allocating whatever time you want to spend on it..

Leave gaps in the times because there are always interruptions, distractions and things overrun.

Do not forget 'chill out' time/activity.

Get into a ROUTINE

One reason I got bored in my 6 week imprisonment in Pattaya was because I had no routine !

Going to bed late waking up.late no planning for the day or even week!

Make plans for the week ahead

Time management!!

Sleep,gym ,work , days off

And do MULTI TASKING

When your at work , do other personal things instead of working

I bring my washing in to wash my clothes in the the hospital laundry etc and wash them at night during work time

Also go on ASEAN during work time as well ,

I also "exercise" at work to get in my cardio ....walk upstairs, walking ,squats and balance on one leg as your mopping the stairwells and I don't care who sees me !

If your doing too much then you need to say NO

Try working shift work that's time management, shift workers have the Highest sick leave record , not me though

One week 11pm to 7am

One week 2pm to 10pm

One week 6am to 2pm

Manage your time !!!!

"The sole cause of man's unhappiness is that he does not know how to stay quietly in his room. Reason's last step is the recognition that there are an infinite number of things which are beyond it. Through space the universe grasps me and swallows me up like a speck; through thought I grasp it."

Outsource all the real work. Should leave enough time to explore your other interests.

Focus more on the interests that have some meaning for your own thoughts and feelings, besides those of people you care about. Prioritize those. Spend little to no time on politics (many here suffer from brain-eating space monkeys) and topics that aren't your business and have nothing to do with you.

NO ... she's an orphan, and parents dead when she was around 4 or 5 yrs old ... 😎

I would never give parents or anyone money.  Wouldn't do it in USA, sure wouldn't do it here.

Her siblings (8) are mostly retired, she was the baby, with a 25-30 gap to the oldest.   Moved out of the village when 20+, so they would have been not help.   Great family.

Great family helps alot, and would not married if I had a different view of her family.
