Ebike Tailight Always On Help
The battery/controller tube is removed from the bike and the bike doesn't have a 3 way switch. I think (bad memory) pushing the on/off button turned on the tail light. -

Stocks Rise After Bessent Says He Expects Standoff with China to De-Escalate
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told a closed-door investor summit Tuesday that the tariff standoff with China is unsustainable and that he expects the situation to de-escalate. Bessent added that negotiations haven’t started but that a deal is possible, according to people who attended his session at an event hosted by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Washington, which wasn’t open to the public or media... US stocks rose after his comments, with the S&P 500 index gaining as much as 2.9% as of 12:28 p.m. in New York, while the dollar and Treasuries steadied. https://archive.ph/tO8LZ More blinking from Trump? Or is Bessent blowing smoke? Seems unlikely that the Chinese would back down so soon. -

Accident Newly Elected Provincial Councillor Fatally Crashes SUV into Woman on Motorbike
Pictures from responders. A newly elected provincial councillor in Phayao province has been involved in a fatal road collision after crashing his Toyota Fortuner SUV into a woman riding a motorcycle on the unfinished R3A highway. The victim, a 60-year-old local woman, died at the scene. At approximately 10:45 on 22 April, Pol. Lt. Praphat Kaakham, Deputy Inspector at Chun Police Station, received a report of a collision at a traffic junction on the R3A road near Ban San Luang, Moo 5, Thung Ruang Thong subdistrict, Chun district. Rescue teams from Kuan U and Norasingh Chun foundations, along with doctors from Chun Hospital, rushed to the scene. Upon arrival, responders found a white Toyota Fortuner, registered in Phayao, that had veered off the road. The driver was identified as Mr. Theerawat 38, a newly elected member of the Phayao Provincial Administrative Organisation from Ban Pa Sak, Phu Sang district. Nearby, a red-and-black Honda motorcycle lay wrecked in the middle of the road. The area was strewn with a sack of sand and spilled contents from the motorbike. The body of Mrs. Pin aged 60, was discovered not far from the crash. She had suffered severe injuries, including a fractured skull, multiple broken limbs, and a broken neck. Her body was taken to Chun Hospital. Preliminary investigations revealed that the victim had been transporting food and sand to her husband, who was working in nearby fields. As she crossed the incomplete R3A junction, the SUV struck her motorbike. Although traffic lights have been installed at the intersection, they have yet to be activated as parts of the road remain under construction. Police are continuing to gather evidence and witness statements to determine the precise cause of the crash and whether any charges will be filed. Adapted by ASEAN Now from Khaosod. -- 2025-04-23 -

Hegseth Said to Have Shared Attack Details in Second Signal Chat
planned a wild night I guess - I have noted that she is really into modelling and wearing the HLS warriors' protective clothing, so maybe she planned on a shopping trip. But carrying that much money, and the other important items and then not being careful - what another idiot the Trump nominated people seem to be! IMHO -
