can anyone recommend local technician around Pattaya to remove and replace a 46 pin LCD mounted on a PCB.

 

Have all the parts, looking for someone who's good with a soldering iron.

Seeing as no one has replied  I'll suggest you go to Tukcom on south Pattaya road  and ask a few/many shops in there on the mobile phone and computer floors...take the stuff with you to help explain what you need done..I'm sure someone there will be willing and capable to do the job  but be persistent may take a while to find the right person.
