I registered with TM30 system. Confused about how to report. Help...

I visited Bkk and travelling back home now. Yesterday I registered online with the TM30 system. Now Im trying to report

 

I logged in now and see all the fields about me are pre populated. I previously attached a copy of my pport and yellow book on the left side at the bottom. 

 

On the right side it says. ''The address to receive foreigners to stay'' and add button. 

 

Am I supposed to go and add the name and address of the hotel that I checked out of this morning in bkk?

 

Whats the point of all this BS? Complete waste of my time. I report every 90 days. Is this not enough?
