My wife wanted me to sign a document any money she gets is hers!
Imagine you pay for a woman for 20 years, put her children through school, give her a roof over her head, feed her...and then she tells you she wants you to sign something to make sure you don't get any money from her sale.of land. I have to say I would be a little disappointed in her. -

I ain't got a plumbing degree... but I have the experience of many house builds here in Thailand. The plumber you show was putting in something of a "P" trap .... which will hold water and prevent gas/smells and insects from going up to the drain ( shower or sink usually . Yes, bathroom sinks have a SS one already ) Since there is crawl space to work with at yours, i would have used the one shown. ( I use with my kitchen sink as it is good for a lifetime) . Sold in different diameters at building supplies. I am not a fanatical photo taker... but i keep this one to show a builder what I want . -

Haley Slams Trump’s Call with Putin as Undermining U.S. Allies
Why don’t you fill the blanks for us? I can fill in some countries that Russia invaded: * Afghanistan * Chechnya * Moldova * Georgia (of which it is still stealing land, little bit by little bit) * Ukraine * Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, by way of Putin’s pet private army Wagner And I don’t think the people of Syria are very fond of Russia either, after the Russian air force bombed the hell out of many of their cities, causing tens of thousands of Syrian casualties. -

Extension Based on Marriage
Because of the interest rate and the fact that should a UK bank go bust my money (max £85k per account) is protected. I also believe that the UK's rules on fraud, should anyone access my account, are likely to be much better than those in Thailand where many things are governed by 'Caveat Emptor' principles. With a UK account, as long as I can show that I have not revealed my personal details, PIN etc. to a fraudulent party, the bank has to refund any money obtained by fraudulent means. I have to show an income of at least 40k baht per month to maintain my work permit in any case.- 1
