Here is what Trump has done for America!: Only 13 Presidents failed to get re-elected. Only 5 Presidents failed to win the popular vote. Only 4 Presidents have been impeached or resigned. Only 1 President has ever been criminally indicted. And only ONE President has done ALL FOUR. -

DJT didn't lower taxes (He deferred them) -

He didn't get Americans that healthcare coverage -

He did not unite the USA, he divided it -

He didn't lower prescription drug prices -

He didn't get roads or bridges built He didn't decrease the deficit -

He didn't end the opioid crisis -

He made over 250 visits to his golf clubs costing us taxpayers $150 million -

He didn't revive the coal industry -

He didn't make covid-19 'disappear' He didn't make Mexico pay for the wall 

He is ranked the worst President in history 

He added $2 Billion a month in tariff costs to the American consumer

He has a net-negative jobs creations for his administration 

He decreased corporate taxes, passing the tax burden to the workers 

He added $ 7.8 Trillion to the deficit - a full 25% of the total deficit 

He incited an insurrection against our government 

He is the only president to never achieve 50% approval. 

He didn't put "America first" and he sure didn't "Drain the Swamp... 

He left office with the worst job numbers of any President since the Great Depression with a net job loss over his term 

He is the first former president to be a CONVICTED FELON (34 times). 

The presidency is very much about character. Trump is a lowlife convicted felon.

Is the purpose of these threads to be a benefit to others? That is certainly open to interpretation. I think it's more about expressing our opinion and having a forum to do so, and I consider this forum to be fantastic in that regard.

 

I'm not trying to change the world. I'm not trying to change people's minds, I respect other people having a different point of view, but I'm also happy that I'm able to express mine. And as you can tell I do have a rather strong point of view on this topic and that hate filled man.

IIRC he's never got on a witness stand to be cross-examined by prosecutors. Harris is a former prosecutor, do I need to draw pictures?

Harris has spent more time as a prosecutor than she has as a Senator or VP. Decades. As chief prosecutor she was heading up 1000 of them in California. You don't get to that position without having earned your stripes.

 

No doubt there will be parts of Harris's record Trump will attack. He always dishonestly focuses on the negatives of opponents. Problem: He once donated $5000 to one of her campaigns.

He did have a field of 17 candidates in the 2016 Primary, the largest field to date at the time.

 

There were several attorneys in that field. Ted Cruz is as sharp as they come. Chris Christie is a former federal prosecutor and he didn't do too well... twice.

 

Hillary Clinton was/is a lawyer; The National Law Journal twice listed her as one of the hundred most influential lawyers in America.

 

No, when the time comes, he will have no problems with Kamala Harris.

 

The only reason this conversation started is because Harris is pushing the talking point that Trump is afraid to debate her. It's nonsense.

I think the young people finally have someone under 60 and I think and have watched a YouTube with a young political man who says this is huge with the young voters.   They have been sick and tired of these grey haired old white choices. 

The women are pissed, while trump is trying to soften his abortion stance there are to many sound bite videos of him bragging about being responsible for the fall of roe vs Wade.   Add in the sound bites and script of the 2025 project and all these evangelicals.  

Kamala has women's free choice as a main talking point and has championed this cause for years. 

Kamala has really improved on her speaking skills in the last 3-4 years. 

Look at that record 100 mil in small (avg 90$) donations in 3 days.   And I will most likely kick in 100$ to a candidate for the first time in my life.

Trump will be sentenced on September 11th.  And The penalty for 34 felonies mainly being Election interference must be harsh enough to prevent anyone from trying it ever again.   I think judge Merchan is up to this historic sentence.

In 2020, the Democrats' entire campaign can be summed up as: "Trump is a bad man, vote for me" (the corpse in the basement).
