His body bore six gunshot wounds — one under the left breast, one in the middle of his torso, one under his navel, and three on his back.

Think the policemen needs to give up his day job and become an olympian as thats pretty good grouping for a firefight

  • When the report says 'he drew his gun', did you assume he took out a pencil and paper and did a sketch of it?

  • Well, the same can be said of any report published on the forum, unless you witness it yourself it's all just a nonsense, oh, and Duh! 🙄   To use your rhetoric anyway, how do you know he did

  • NO

Hardly.  Most news stories that involve Thai police and guns see them waiting for hours and staying well back to avoid having to shoot or be shot.  Most of the time they have stand offs where they patiently wait, trying to negotiate and call on relatives to calm the perps down.

Seems like he was shot in the back while running away, then took a few more shots once he was down.  Hardly standard Thai practice.

And who sends "undercover cops" to reports of someone being drunk?

That is one way to look at it.
