We did that one time for Thanksgiving. Big mistake, well, eating the goose. Nice for all the other geese, as it was an old 'bully' goose, and too dominating at the pond. But, emphasis on 'old'. Toughest old bird I've ever eaten ... no wonder I like munching on birds much younger ... 😁 -

Why? I doubt any of the women I had it off with in LOS had had less that that number of previous. Besides, if she is promiscuous, it means that there is a chance for any of us, though at my age about the best I could do is provide an appreciative audience while she took care of the biz. Besides, isn't that being hypocritcal? It's not like the old days where only men were allowed to do it with as many burds as possible, while good girls had to be married first. How many of the strays are aggressive is not the point, they are vermin. They carry various diseases, some that can infect kids, are traffic hazzards as well as a noise problem. Some do attack people especially if they have rabies. It's also the sheer volume of strays. I have never heard of people here kicking, stabbing or beating stray dogs, I think you made that up. Unfortunately people are far more likely to feed the pests keeping them alive longer and being able to breed more of the same. Dogs can never be trusted they are sly crafty predators and all they are interested in is food. Looking after people comes before looking after mutts. Strange how people are not sentimental about the animals slaughtered for them to eat, it's always the doggies. -

Sorry but they do have the equipment. I registered a new vehicle some years back and they used a meter to measure the tint. I had to remove the brand new tint before they would register it. -

Phuket Recognized for Leading Anti-Corruption Efforts in Thailand
In a triumph for transparency, Phuket's anti-corruption champions have gained national recognition. The Phuket Provincial Governance Committee and the Phuket Chamber of Commerce recently received the esteemed White Space Network Model Award for their outstanding work in fighting corruption throughout the fiscal year 2024. The accolades were presented yesterday at the Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel in Nonthaburi. Key figures like Ruenvadee Suwanmongkol, Inspector-General of the Prime Minister’s Office; Phiraphi Ongcharoen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Governance Committee; and Kongsak Khoopongsakorn, President of the Chamber of Commerce, were spotlighted as the driving forces behind this achievement. Ananya Rakmanee, from the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), underscored the critical role of community engagement. "This starts with building trust and confidence, empowering people, and creating strong networks," she stated. Phuket's commendable efforts fall under the PACC’s Network Project to Surveillance Corruption, known as PACC Connect. Impressively, Phuket scored over 80 points in evaluations, positioning itself among the 56 "excellent" networks across Thailand. Nationwide, 91 networks were honoured for their anti-corruption initiatives. Among them, 59 received honorary plaques, inclusive of standout networks from the upper southern region—Surat Thani, Krabi, and Ranong. Rakmanee highlighted the PACC's unwavering commitment to corruption prevention, emphasizing public participation and improved access to justice. Through initiatives like public forums and the Open House programme, the PACC engages civil society to address corruption and local issues effectively. "The PACC also plays a key role in monitoring, staying alert, and gathering information about corruption or cases of unfairness involving government officials," Rakmanee added.
