We found a cannabis shop in Kamphaeng Phet yesterday. My wife rattled off in Thai to the young guy working there. He explained in fair English that a lot of the locals in his village who also had knee problems boiled up the flowers, left them to steep then drank the stuff before they went to bed. They slept better and it seems as though thier knee joints ached less the next day.

My wife talked to the guys boss and they gave us 100 baht of the flowers for free.

This morning she made the first lot in a big mug. I strained it through a sieve and put it in a bottle in the fridge for tonight. I also made a second brew ready for tomorrow. I will try that for a day or so and see if it makes a difference to my knees and if I sleep better.

I have been making a dried cannabis flower concoction (call it tea if you wish), and I do sleep a bit better, and the pain in my arthritic knees seem to be less. I can cut the grass and scrub every second day instead of every 3rd or 4th day before I started making and drinking it.

I normally pour a small layer of honey (for flavour and colour)  in a 400 +/- ml mug, fill it with boiling water from the kettle and toss in about 4 cannabis flowers. Stir it, and then let it cool. Pour it into a small bottle using a sieve and a funnel, put it into the fridge and drink it before I go to bed.

It seems to work for me though it may not work for everybody.

If you want to try it, don't expect much in the way of results for a couple of weeks.

Most monoterpenes will volatilize in ‘home’ decarboxylation due to low molecular weight of these compounds. Regardless of popular thought, here in this forum, the home decarber can do little to preser

A cream might give you better results for your knees.
