On the face of it though, it just looks like policemen being cowardly and stupid, and as we all know policemen are unusually stupid. All they had to do was alert the G-men earlier. Why they didn't do it, it's a mystery, but most likely it's just stupidity.

Yes. If there's one thing we know, it's that nothing stands in the way of the beautiful Melania Trump fighting for her husband.  (Would it be less admirable if she were homely?) She actually showed up for the last night of the Republican convention! And she has courageously not appeared alongside him at any of his public campaign events before that.  And after he was shot, she courageously didn't rush to be with him.  But what's really admirable is the courageous stand she took on the attempted assassination.

So courageous.  Imagine the risks she's running by making that statement. Well, I can't actually imagine the risks she's running by making that statement but I'm sure that they are plentiful and even multifarious.

You have to admit it is a bit strange, police and onlookers identified the shooter long before he did the deed, yet police only did a peek a boo on him and then disappeared, frightened, to call for back up. One would have thought a suspicious man with a rifle would lead to immediate action, but no. 

 

I know policemen are useless on the whole, but this was unusually useless.

Nice try at deflection. How exactly was Melania Trump courageous for making this post? Was it because she posted on X instead of Truth Social and risked incurring the wrath of her husband?

One thing we can all be sure of is that her post, which appeared almost 2 months after the assassination attempt, has nothing to do with the promotion of her new memoir, which will be for sale starting October 8 and is already being promoted. Clearly, she understand that the same savvy Trump supporters who bought shares in Trump Media, will in now way be persuaded to buy her book by this vague allegation. Given her past history, it's obvious to all that she is in no way a huckster.
