Agree, although, IF, you get your full yearly check ups, then you shouldn't have any unexpected surprises.  

 

Plan accordingly, risk factor and how far you want to be away from a 'trauma center'.  Helps to know what your local hospitals actually offer, especially if they have a cardiologist on staff or has privileges.
