Crime Suppression Division arrests famous DJ in Roi Et who pretended to be a good person and helped a 15-year-old girl with a rape case before tricking her into being raped in a forest by the roadside.

On September 13, Pol. Maj. Gen. Montree Thesakan, Commander of the CSD, ordered Pol. Col. Suriyasak Jiravas and Pol. Lt. Col. Natdanai Seekhaetrai to arrest Mr. Mongkol (63) under a Roi Et Provincial Court warrant on charges of child abduction, indecency, and rape.

 

He was arrested on the side of the road in the middle of an alley in a village in Khan Na Yao Sub-district and District, Bangkok.

 

In mid-May, a 15-year-old girl was lured and raped by a 17-year-old senior boy, who became pregnant and gave birth to a child 2 months ago. However, the two parties could not reach an agreement on responsibility for the child and the case has not progressed and is still under investigation.

The victim therefore sought advice from Mr. Mongkol, a famous radio host in Roi Et Province, whom the villagers respect as a village leader because of his long-standing social work.

 

However, Mr. Mongkol tricked the young mother into riding on the back of his motorcycle, claiming that he would take her to see a senior police officer at the police station to follow up on the case and asked for help with the investigation.

 

He then took the opportunity to ride his motorcycle to a secluded area on the side of the road and show his true nature by dragging the girl into a forest to then rape her saying that it was to pay for the process, his lost time, and for gas.

 

He then took her to his house. When he arrived home, the victim saw that she was safe and told her parents about it. Before going to report to the police at Tha Wachi Buri Police Station and requesting justice from the police of the Crime Suppression Division 3, 

 

Investigation: Mr. Mongkol confessed. Initially, he was taken to Tha Wachi Police Station for further legal proceedings.

Huh, if this is a new story,  ? She either gave birth after 4 months or was pregnant for 13 months 

Rape word is used loosely here .  if the girl is a minor regardless the act is consensual or not , it is considered rape. 

I feel sorry for the girl but her moral compass seems off a bit plus the strangeness of the story. She has a baby at 15 (so sex at 14) then tries to palm the baby off to a 17 year old boy (if I read the story right) she then wants a man to take her to the police (which her family could take her too) but instead the man has sex with her (stupid idiot and again moral compass way off and criminal). Then reports rape! Or, was it pre planed shake down for money, financial help as has been known to happen. Or, was she taken advantage of (most likely), promises made but then retracted? Poor stupid kid. Don't have sex at 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20, wait till you have a very solid relationship and married or a ring on your finger. Promiscuous sex only benifits Men who will take advantage of it 7 days a week and twice on Sunday's.
