I have heard a few of her songs that are quite good.

Her songs are very much in the tradition of popular music and very competently written.

She credits Paul McCartney and Joni Mitchell as two of her songwriting influences.

 

I'm not a big fan but her music is really very good and deserves its popularity.

Yes, he certainly drew a lot of attention to the cause and still has the guitar. Might even be worth more now given the attention the story has got. Might make a good prop at a Trump rally, or put it in a glass display cabinet on the wall of the white house for when Trump takes residence for the second time. 

 

See how much publicity you can get for $4000.
