High-end Hotels Plan Rate Hike Amid Tourist Surge
I should assume most members on here either live in Thailand or regularly visiting so we know where to stay and what we will get for our money. Funny thing is I've tried walking in to hotels asking price and being told price x and when I point out agoda is y price they will not budge even though I quickly take my phone and book in front of them now -15% commission for them. Either no authority to lower price but usually don't give a sh"t its not there loss -

I Love Donald Trump
I also love Trump because he will end the war in Ukraine. Zelensky has just give a madness speech, saying that the only way to beat Russia was to give Ukraine full NATO membership and to allow them to launch long range missiles deep into Russia. This tin-pot madman is prepared to start WW3 in order to enslave Eastern Ukraine. It is not so obvious what Trump will do when POTUS, but he will de-escalate and then end the war in Ukraine. Most people in EU have had enough of this fake war and so has those in USA who are sick of funding it. The war was started by a dictator who saw no alternative to what was happening in Ukraine. If Trump was POTUS at the time IMO it would never have started. According to what i read, the trend of violent crime is down. The US is 2.5% inflation, Australia is 3.8%. Quit whining. If the US did not have cheap immigrant labor, the food on the tables of all Americans would be considerably dearer. IIRC there was a bipartisan agreement to control immigration, which Trump torpedoed because he wanted to have it as an election issue. Is there any other confected outrage in your toolkit?- 1
