The Phang Nga Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office received a report at 10.45 on October 7, of a serious incident involving an overturned trailer truck at the scenic viewpoint curve in Thung Ka Ngok Subdistrict, Mueang Phang Nga District. The incident left two people trapped inside the vehicle, prompting an urgent request for rescue equipment and personnel.

Mr. Sangob Saton, head of the Phang Nga Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, immediately dispatched a rapid response team equipped with rescue tools, in collaboration with Phang Nga Hospital, Thung Ka Ngok Police Station, Ruam Jai Phang Nga Rescue Unit, and the Wat Lapee Rescue Unit.

Upon arriving at the scene, officials found a white Hino trailer truck, registration from Samut Prakan, overturned. Two victims were trapped inside the crash cab, one male and one female, both had suffered multiple injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. Rescue teams worked to extricate the bodies and transported them to Phang Nga Hospital for further procedures.

RIP, but probably just more bad driving and maybe looking at the view.

All good practice for Thailands clean-up crew...

Sad the don't teach drivers how to drive.
