Trump Joins the Axis. NATO Dead. WW111 Imminent?
Which is a cogent argument for less nukes which isn't the point you made earlier. -

Note the de-militarization. Do you think the world is currently safer with those nukes in the hands of a lunatic who wants to own Greenland and Gaza? -

We agree totally on this. But Hitler (Godwin's law sorry) over eggs the pudding somewhat. -

Trump Joins the Axis. NATO Dead. WW111 Imminent?
Well, since the pro-Ukraine argument often goes something like 'Putin would never use nuclear weapons' or 'he’d be toast if he did,' then surely a more rational and sane actor like Ukraine would be even more cautious with such weapons—taking it to the extreme. This is where the argument about nuclear weapons becomes somewhat spurious. The assumption that a nuclear power would never use its weapons relies on a balance of fear and deterrence, but it's a false equivalence to compare Ukraine’s potential for nuclear use with Russia’s. Ukraine is not a nuclear state and doesn't have the infrastructure or doctrine in place to support a nuclear arsenal. And if you remember at the time there was much alarm at the prospect of rogue actors aquiring nukes or nuclear material so it was the right decision made at the right time. -

The world would be a better place if we had multiple new and unstable states with nuclear weapons? Get a grip on yourself.- 2
