Anyone qualified under the constition can run for president. It doesn't say no fascists.

If fascist Trump wins  the electoral vote, there is no choice under the constitution but to have a peaceful transition of power.

Hitler came to power peacefully from first an election and then ultimately the establishment thought they could control him (they could not). Not unheard of at all for authoritarian dictators to begin their regime by getting voted in. 

The maga fascist movement on the other hand has already proven they have no intention to follow the constitution if they lose.

Harris will accept a Trump victory for one good reason: She never wanted to be the candidate for the presidency. Since the beginning she knew she did not have the skills. She is not a warrior. Not one attorney general made it to the Oval Office. They were on the ticket for the vice-presidency but never made it to the Oval Office.

The only one who had a chance to be president was Robert F.Kennedy but his assassination in 1968 put a term to his campaign.

Since the 2020 Democrat primaries she has been the perpetual looser. Maybe we’ll know one day why the other candidates (Sanders, Gabbard, Warren, Bloomberg, Klobuchar, Buttigieg, Steyer, Patrick, Bennet, Yang, etc…) kept their mouth shut when she was chosen for the ticket.

Why so much money was spent on the worst candidates???

I'm forecasting a mad rush of lawfare between Election Day and Inauguration Day, when Trump, as president has to be impeached to send him to jail.  They'll pull out all the stops to see him in jail in the interim.  With Harris in the background, granting her plausible deniability.

 

I hope I'm wrong, but the Dem Machine isn't going to take the "L", and neither will the career gub'ment employees who are at risk of the cost cutting measures being promised by Trump and Musk.

 

Not to mention standing aside (and even raising bail) for the millions of derangement sufferers who rioted for about a week after Hillary took the L in 2016.  They'll be even more destructive, because their 2017 and 2020 big screen TVs are obsolete.  It's time for a shopping spree...

 

It's going to get exciting.  And not in a good way.
