This is true. 30 seconds and above of viewing counts as a view with safeguards for bots in place. Having said this it still doesn't change the fact that 32.5 million views have been counted, 25 million in 24 hrs. and that this breaks the previous record by a lot. Arguing about how many viewers were swing voters, how many were already Trump voters or how many weren't even people who could vote is an exercise in futility, a futile exercise I might add most likely entered into by Harris supporters. It's called desperation.
