I haven't a notion and am not remotely interested - internal Irish Republican politics in the 1930s and early 1940s is totally irrelevant to the current US Presidential election.

"Blether" seems an appropriate "nickname"!

I know you don't have a notion but it won't prevent you from spouting worthless, completely wrong, and inane opinions on the Internet.

You know the old saying about It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

They started counting votes in PA or is this just you telling another lie?

I keep saying that the Dems had a 1.1 million early vote lead in 2020 and were crushed on election day. To be fair they eventually won by 80,000 votes.

The current differential is 383,000 based upon party registration. Nowhere near enough to undermine on-the-day Republican voting.

I'm interested in your opinion. Here's my initial thoughts.

Let's imagine for a moment that Harris is correct and a vote for Trump is a vote for a Nazi. Where does the USA go from here?

Nearly 50% of the American population are Nazis. Really?

What can be more divisive than labeling your political opponents Nazis? How can you divide like this then expect to unify the country under your Presidency?

How will Harris deal with the 50% Nazi population? Gulags? That's been tried before with political opponents.

But seriously - what's the game plan?

The game plan is to make Trump an "illegitimate President" again from day one. Instead of Russia, Russia, Russia - its Hitler, Hitler, Hitler.

As sure as night follows day if the Dems wins the House they will find an excuse to impeach Trump again. It's borderline that they will win the House in this election, they'll likely win it midterm.

And then they'll impeach. What for? Don't know. They might hear Trump saying he likes German Shepherds or schnitzel. They'll then decide it's proof he's a card carrying Nazi.

They've exhausted the Russia line. Now it's full on Godwins Law.

And the problem is? Dem strategists are already warning it's not sticking. And after one near miss followed by a thwarted assassination attempt at the golf course, Dem strategists fear two things.

1. Another attempt on Trump this week.

2. Being labeled the hateful party.

If there is another attempt on Trump before election day then this election is over. The low preponderance voters will show out in vast numbers for Trump.

Not because they love  him. But because they are sick of the constant hateful rhetoric.

So here's the problem. Harris has hitched herself to the hateful Hitlerite  third rail. Even if she wins next week, the shock of touching that toxic rail will define her Presidency.

And if she loses? The Dems will make the Russia Hoax look like a chimps tea party.

You are not at all interested in my opinion! You are spewing fals accusations, propaganda and mis information. Defending Trump is your day job.

The OP is based upon a lie:

Harris did not call Trump Hitler. The Democratic presidential nominee drew attention to recent statements from John Kelly, a retired four-star U.S. Marine Corps general and Trump’s former chief of staff. Kelly told The New York Times in recorded interviews that Trump made admiring comments about the Nazi dictator and his control of the German military.

Really, are we back to the missing apostrophe argument?

"OOOH, EH - she didn't actually say Trump was Hitler, just that he was a fascist."

Democrats and their allies in the media have long employed Nazi and fascist analogies to defame, discredit, and isolate political opponents such as Barry Goldwater, President Ronald Reagan, President George W. Bush, and former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. These historically illiterate smears have not only served to spike rigorous debate, increase political polarization, and minimize the evils perpetrated by Adolf Hitler and his forces but have also proven largely ineffective.

A super PAC supporting Harris recently acknowledged as much.

Future Forward USA Action, touted earlier this month by the New York Times as "an ad-making laboratory" with a $700 million war chest, suggested in an email to Democrats regarding effective campaign messaging that playing up the Trump-as-fascist fiction in the final stretch before Election Day is a strategic blunder.

The New York Times indicated that the email noted in bold type, "Attacking Trump's Fascism Is Not That Persuasive."

Harris did not call out trump as a Nazi, nor Hitler, but a fascist - try as much as you want, your spin and others from MAGA world doesn't change the facts of the matter. In any case so far as I'm concerned trump has strong autocratic tendencies which one gathers just from his admiration of Orban and others.

The GOP won the Penn State election date vote in 2020 by 1 million votes.

You are taking undue comfort from what is actually cause for concern for the Dems.

Here's what the ultra-right wing New York Times says about Pennsylvania early voting. Oooh, scary:

"In Pennsylvania, for example, Republicans have been buoyed by a strong mail ballot return rate. While Republicans still trail Democrats in returning mail ballots, their early vote margins in the state have vastly improved since the 2020 election, when they were at a nearly 3-to-1 disadvantage in early mail voting. This year, the disparity is less than 2-to-1, with Democrats having returned about 850,000 mail ballots and Republicans about 468,000."

I can understand the Euro crowd not wanting Trump because he'll make them pay their fair share of the bill.

What bill?

Fortunately, the election is only a week away and then, hopefully, we won't have any nonsense propaganda (the Hitler narrative) to listen to for another few years.  Unfortunately, it's beginning to look like trouble, no matter who wins.

The polls are all nonsense, IMHO.  The betting markets are suggesting a huge Trump win, and the stock and bond markets are also pricing in a Trump victory. And, absent widespread cheating, that's exactly what will happen.

What worries me is what happens after that?  The Deep State is determined.  Trump will never be president again.  Whatever it takes.  Massive civil unrest and martial law?  A widespread power grid outage?  War?  There are plenty of ways it can go. And let's not forget the problems in the world's sovereign debt markets right now.

To your concern about massive civil unrest statement:
The dems in my country have a storied history of violence, civil chaotic unrest resulting in massive numbers of deaths and destruction.

1. Civil War ( the south were heavily democrats)

2. Kkk( created by Dems)
