First, the substance of your post depends on your assertion that homosexuality is a psychological disorder.

That assertion is not supportable.

Because I wonder if he confused it with the US state of Georgia and I would also discount the opinions of expats there vs. Georgians.  Of course Georgian Dream party which is corrupted by Russia does have support there but I don't believe they actually won.
