If Trump wins the election, I hope he encourages the FCC to pull the license from CBS for misleading the public. It is about time someone went after the networks for biased reporting. They are supposed to be unbiased giving news and information without choosing sides or making opinions. Even the head of the FCC demanded the unedited transcript of the interview and was told no. What right does CBS have to hide this from the public or the governing body like the FCC?

I hope Trump wins the suit and hope that if he also wins the elections that he gets CBS off the air. 

It is clear the replies she made for the edited and unedited version are different with both content and meaning. In the unedited reply she admits to her and the admin causing conflicts in the region. In the unedited one she does not and only uses double-talk. Saying a lot without any meaning. 

Someone is always hiding something in the Trump conspiracy world. It is always someone’s else’s fault because he is the greatest ever at everything.  Hard to believe adults are still falling for his con and grifting. An orange face con man. Will be glad when he is gone.

OK just for others then I said the actual court filing contains 11 instances of the word 'salad'. I don't think the filing of this case will help others who have never heard the word salad in reference to Ms. Harris.

The case could have been filed in any Texas city that had a CBS affiliate who broadcast the 60 Minutes Harris interview.

 

That they chose Amarillo was strictly because they knew for certain the judge to whom their case would be assigned.

Or that the concerns in 2020 about the laptop were really about an external drive that the intelligence community never had access to.

If he wins JD Vance will roll out the 25th Amendment, if he loses he’ll present his obvious health problems as a defense against being sent to prison.
