The imagery is unmistakable. It's not like Trump could not have chosen better words to criticicize her. The allusion to violence is not coincidental.

Take what your enemy says (and now all conservatives, especially Trump supporters and Trump himself are the "enemies of 'our' democracy"), edit it out of context, publish it on a main-stream news source, and then have "Fact Checker" refer to the out of context statement as "Fact Checked" because they come from a "Trusted News Source" and then feed it to the Associated Press and other main-stream news aggregators. 

This read better than fiction.  You can't make this stuff up.
