This one is for the Russian apologists.
I also find them here. I have also found that most, if not all Russians hiding in Thai avoiding the draft are cowards. I have confronted them many times and the blokes are soft as sh!te. They are all about the macho bravado, but underneath that usually lies a soft person terrified of conflict... -

The man at about 5 minutes mark is a counterweight to that woman at the beginning, and the most concerning part are the last 15 seconds - Many Russians are willing to let the man at the top to decide their future. -

For your own good and health stop using these damn poisonous oils! Use lard/beef fat or coconut oil. -

Woman Killed in Collision Between Car and Motorbike in Sattahip
RTP's policy of only working on Dangerous Days (for overtime) has resulted in 272 deaths in the first six days of this 'initiative'. Nearly 40% of the accidents were caused by speeding. IF RTP singled out this offence and worked EVERY day this year, maybe 2025 would not end so tragically for so many families. -

Chronic Back Problem.
That isn't chronic which is a good thing! You're probably just going through a short term back issue. You don't wake up with chronic back pain but deal with it for months to years. If I were you I would calm down and realize it will pass. I've had episodes where I fell to the floor in intense pain getting out of bed. I'm extremely active in sports so this is just part of life. Anxiety is your worse enemy IMO. To speed up recovery, go to the pharmacy and get some diclofenac 50mg (cost 50 baht for 10 pills - don't get the gel). Take two a day for a couple days then start reducing the dose. Might get some nasty stomach issues ( rare for me) but if the pills allow you to get back to walking IMO they are a net positive. Good luck and I feel your pain! -
