This pathological liar and mumbling idiot didn't "bring the joy" to Kamalas anemic and amateur & buffoonish campaign. Even the people in stolen valor Tims home county voted Trump LOL...

So just the old generic “tax cut for the rich” zero-sum game nonsense.

Tump’s last tax cuts benefited abot 95% of taxpayers, tax revenue went up, and the share the top 10% paid went ip -1%.

And what about the National Debt? No worries there?

How did Obama get elected twice then if it's so 'racist' ? When a good female candidate comes forward she will get elected, but not just because she's female.

The deficit is a huge issue.  Aside from 2 years of Covid (2020 and 2021), it's been going up twice as fast under Harris/Biden.  Mostly thanks to the Inflation Assurance Act that's squandered $trillions on stuff most Americans don't even want.

Well, we'll just have to wait and see what it is three (or four) years from now. I expect it will grow even faster than these graphs show it has for the past six years.

Forecast to your heart's content.  Past performance isn't a guaranty of future results, but I don't know any better way to make decisions.

Parroting the predictions of CNN, MSDNC and other lefty pundits didn't work well on the election, either...  They lied to you.  How many more times are you going to let them before you hold your nose and click on Fox?  It was around 2016 that I ditched CNN on my bookmarks.  It's down at the bottom now.

I would never watch Fox. CNN is my choice of news media on TV.

Like I said above, we'll just have to wait and see, and I don't think we'll have to wait too long. Trump will be president in just over 70 days. He promised to take several consequential actions in his first few days. I'd say we'll have a better picture of all this in mid-February.

Close to a billion dollars in campaign donations and still lost to a facist.  Granted she only had 107 days to campaign but she won CA, OR, WA IL, NY and few other small states.  Would this count as a running a poor campaign or a poor candidate? Could it have been a combination?

And I have heard talk of her campaign being $20,000,000.00 in debt!

I would like people to identify what the Harris campaign did correctly. I'm very serious about that. Because I don't think they did anything correctly.

$1 billion spent

In the end Harris's vote was just avoid against trump. I wonder if Trump wasn't there and it was Harris against some very likable Republican that would really be a total and absolute catastrophe for the dems.

Lost every battleground State and many of them were wholly flipped

the entire Democratic party and it's hive mindset. Republicans took the Senate and the house need to explain that as well

The Democrat Party put a losing horse in the race and expected a win because they believed they controlled the management of the race-track.  And it was a "Selection."  No mandate to run by primary, no mandate to run by vote in an open convention.

The Democrats are going to have to reexamine who they are.  Want of "woman of color" in the White House?  Had they backed Tulsi Gabbard they probably would be celebrating right now.  Instead?  Harris is having a Hillary Clinton November 2016 moment, and for all the same reasons, and Gabbard has bailed from the Democrat party and joined the Republican Party.  My guess is that like myself, people like Jimmy Dore, and other Classic Liberals who in the past were left of center, her values now more align with Republican conservatism, and she still wants to be in politics and being an Independent is a dead-end. I don't have any political aspiration so I'll remain an independent.

So what went wrong?  Start with Jim Carville's 1992 quote during the Clinton campaign: "It's The Economy, Stupid," and work from there.  It's also endless wars, corporate welfare while average Americans suffer, billions sent to countries overseas while American infrastructure and social safety nets collapse, health care costs through the roof, and the fact that most Gen-Zs will never own a home in this obscenely expensive housing market and even affording rent is becoming a burden for most.  Something has got to give, and the present Administration's hyperbole about how wonderful the economy is just got a "Thumb's Down" by Democrat-leaning voters who know that it's all 'Bravo-Sierra."

The Democrat party needs to divest itself of all the far-left progressive whiners and "haters of all thing conservative," move back toward the political center, and stop ignoring their base while lavishing billions on corporate stakeholders and foreign interests who pour hundreds of millions of that same money back into the pockets of politicians who no longer give a good God-da*m about their own base.  Well - actions have consequences.
Perhaps by 2028 the Democrat Party can re-invent itself as a true liberal party with true liberal values who actually work for the benefit of their base.

DAMN!!!
I have been telling people for years that the political center moved to the left, just as illustrated in your picture chart!   The center moved so far left that there are some democrats that call RINO's far right wing.

And the center moving so far left is why I define RINO's as moderate democrats!

If the center had not moved to the left a RINO politician would be standing right there beside you!

And for those old enough to remember, the same left that effectively called George W. Bush a draft-dodger for being in the Air National Guard rater than the “real” service, was suddenly calling stolen-valor Walz a 20 year war veteran.

Then the leftist media attack Vance, a kid the joins the Marines (I think) out of high school during Iraq, because he was assigned to journalism or some such.

The legacy media had zero credibility by the time the election rolled around.

Vance-Gabbard 2028!

Ooooooohhhh!!
You have touched on a pet peeve of mine.   So am going off topic and responding the the criticism's and hit pieces made against Bush about his National Guard service.

There were media claims that Bush skipped out on his week end drills.  Either unknowingly or deliberately ignoring facts of his service and what drill time actually is.   Bush would work full time, 8 hours a day,  with his National Guard unit for a week or more then not attend a weekend drill.   He didn't have to attend a week end drill afterwards because he had already completed his require monthly drill service by working 8 hours a day for 5 days that month.   Bush actually had more credited drill time for some years than was required, if I recall correctly!

A required week end drill time consists of two 8 hour days.  Each 4 hour block of time is counted as 1, 8 hour day, with 2 days drill counting as 4 days.   Sometimes there is a required 4 hour block of time that is required on the Friday night before the weekend, so in essence, a 40 hour work week is credited by only working 20 hours!  If I recall correctly, Bush had also worked 4 weeks in a row, 8 hours a day sometimes, thus completing his required drill time for the following 4 months!

As to joining the National Guard to avoid real service, Bravo Sierra, to that too.   National Guard units served in World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, and I think they did also in Desert Storm, and the wars that politicians started later too!   I was a member of the 36th Airborne Brigade, Texas National Guard and we were the backup for the 82nd Airborne Brigade.  If the 82nd had gone to war and then another Airborne Brigade was needed, then the 36th was next in line for overseas deployment into combat!!

Off topic rant ended.   Roger, Wilco, Over, and Out!

Demonizing conservatives at this point is simply not helpful, there is a reason why they voted the way they voted.

Hopefully you won't be engaging in your usual anti Trump demonising any more either. He won, time to man up and accept it, and moved on. By all means attack his policies, but all that attacking the man achieved nothing.

BTW, he won fair and square, almost from  the start. He won the popular vote as well.

I was expecting a drawn out process of court cases and recounts, but the rejection of Harris, a woman that never had a popular mandate, was overwhelming and no amount of hand wringing was going to change that. Even HRC won a primary to have legitimacy.

One wonders just how the Dems got it so incredibly, so dramatically wrong.

The only thing they succeeded at was covering up the reality, first that Biden wasn't a senile idiot for 3 years, and then that Harris had a chance. She didn't, never had and the election showed that in spades. Outright rejected in the swing states, and it wasn't even close.

As you can see, there are so many different reasons from everyone on why did she lose? To me it came down to only one thing. She wasn't presidential material. She first ran for President, against Biden and several others and she was one one the very first to lose out and had to quit her run for President. Why Biden picked her for his Vice President, no one knows why, as she was useless in that job. When you compare her with other women who ran for President over the years, there is no comparison. Hillary Clinton and Nikki Haley has bigger "balls" then Harris will ever have. The political world is a man's world and for a women to succeed in it, they have to have some really big balls. Harris does not...  That's why she lost.

The Kamala effect – that’s when you take somethin’ that was shaky from jump, then try to gas it up like it’s solid gold. But the harder you push it, the more folks see it for what it really is – straight-up weak.

FLAWED election process and system.

How about the house and senate votes are finished 6 months prior to presidential election. Then you can understand if change needs to occur IF it is reasonably possible.

Democrats lost because Biden unfortunately is demonstrating some of negative signs of aging.  We will all experience this in some form.

The Democratic party decides what candidate they will use money, time and efforts to support.

Multiple factors (later then desired drop out by Joe, a candidate majority agreed was not ready to lead and be President, substantial changes need to happen in 4 years.)

I Don't care the label Political title the person is if they have and can execute on what government and the USA needs in next 4 years better than other candidate they have my Vote

So if the left does not win, the system is flawed and must be torn down.

This is why you lost.

This should be the picture of the Biden/ Harris legacy !Long may it hang for all to see!

May Normalcy  & Peace continue  to be achieved in America and European countries. Special shout out to all the

Trump hating officials in the World, 75% of people who voted accepted the results.

Election trust and aftermath:

“75% of registered voters — including 53% of Harris voters and 97% of Trump voters — say they accept that Trump is the legitimate president”.
