Introduction to Personal Income Tax in Thailand
Think away! I am sure that everything you do is totally perfect . . . in your eyes! So very, very, very many thanks for your totally perfect reply . . . which could readily have simply been writing out the full form of the acronym! One more thought, maybe simply decoding the acronym would have made it into a superb, totally compete, and excellent answer . . . maybe??? -

Filtrete air con filters -- I've been doing it wrong?
I would never obstruct the airflow off the air conditioner in any way. We are using the air purifiers from Hatari since I can easily mount a Filtrete in front of the original Hatari filter. Just takes a few minutes. This makes them very cheap to operate in the long run. The actual filter from Hatari I only replace every one or two years. So in our 50 m² lobby we operate three such air purifiers and get down the AQI index down to about between 15 and 25. In my a bit less than 15 m² office I only operate one such purifier and I have an AQI index between zero and 12. The given values applied to outside AQI about 150. -

Why experts are blasting Trump for 'already breaking the law'
They are a 3rd world country already but in denial. Close to being bankrupt, close to civil war, television personalities making stupid decisions. Armpit of the world now. -

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
Your belief regarding the DTA’s effects is in direct opposition to the RD rules/law. Note the highlighted wording specifically “The resident country retains the right to tax the income which was already taxed in the source country‘ the resident country is Thailand the source countries are outside Thailand q.e.d. -

Thai Electric Cables Mostly Fail Global Safety Standards
Surprise surprise. Apart from making sure that a builder puts in the cheapest of the cheapest brands in most cases the copper diametre is insufficient. A good report would list those brands which passed and a skilled electrician (yeah, I know, Thailand.....) will not only insert the third yellow/green ground wire but also ensure that normal sockets run on 4mm coppers and heavy duty equipment (oven, stove, hot water heater, air conditioning etc.) are wired with 6mm copper wire; solid copper and not threads. The colour of the casing is also not for funny decorative reasons but of life-saving importance. In a previous house I built, the electrician wired rooms per colour, i.e. light blue was one room, solid red another room and the kitchen got green. Education is the key as well as the liability issue by the people doing the job! -
