I have been hunting around looking for a Condo for my retirement both in Pattaya and Bangkok 

 

There seems to be a oversupply of very small condos 21sqm to 26sqm 

 

These are the size of a hotel room

Maybe ask the kind gentleman on here if you do live in these size rooms and how do you find it ?

 

Is it beautiful,cozy or you have tried it and find it horrid ?

 

Now some yes one I looked at a building in Jomtien Pattaya was selling for 4.5 million baht I believe it was 26sqm so they are not all cheap 

 

 

I like a studio, i appreciate the size, all together in one room, 40 metres. 48 seems too big, same furniture but everything more spaced out. Best with  decent balcony for table and chairs

 

Forget new builds, look for older condos Usually 900k to 2m baht

Yeah my bedroom is about that size, it is fine.
