The Eligibility Verification measure will not give DWP access to any bank accounts, nor any information on how claimants spend their money. The proposed new power instead helps verify benefit eligibility, using very limited information from banks and financial institutions." The bill has not yet been introduced so Cannot take effect in January 25 and unlikey in even 26! And with that post I wish you goodbye! Please come back when/if the bill is ever passed! Neeranam Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago How many days does one have to live in the Uk to get the pension increases? Is it enough if you are a tax resident?

Instantly, if you go back for a holiday, tell them, you get the increase for the time you are there, but it goes back on departure. Tax makes no difference, it's where your feet are planted...... 🤗
