I am buying a motor scooter for my Thai friend's wife. My friend just phoned me from his local dealer to say the Honda Click 125 has been discontinued which I find strange because it has probably been the most popular model in Thailand. If true, what is available of similar price, specifications and reliability. I'd appreciate any advice.

If it was for me, I might follow your advice. But as it's a gift and I am not rolling in money, the 125 is about the most I can afford. Doesn't help that I am not in Thailand and in Australia the Thai Honda company page will not open in the web or on FB and I am told there are no price listings available in Thailand. Totally different story for Honda Philippines.

I'm surprised if they still make the Honda Click 150, replaced by the 160. About 65k baht for non ABS

Wave or scoppy, moat all Thai women ride one or the other and as a gift I’m sure there’ll be no complaints
