Hat Yai police have arrested a 39 year old American man following serious allegations of sexual assault against a 35 year old Chinese woman. The case unfolded after the victim, known publicly as Chang, bravely came forward to report the distressing incident.

The drama began on November 2 when Chang and the suspect, identified as Christian, first crossed paths at a local restaurant in the bustling city of Hat Yai, Songkhla. The two quickly struck up a relationship, often meeting in the privacy of Chang’s hotel room. However, Chang made it clear that any intimate encounters would require protection.

Things took a dark turn on November 7 when Chang alleges Christian refused to use protection. When she opposed his advances, the situation reportedly escalated, ending in a violent assault before Christian fled the scene.

Acting swiftly on Chang’s report, Hat Yai police wasted no time in gathering evidence before acquiring an arrest warrant from the Songkhla Provincial Court. With the cooperation of tourist officials, authorities tracked Christian down on the very same day at a different hotel within Hat Yai, where they promptly arrested him.

Christian now faces the serious charge of sexual assault under Thai law, which condemns the use of threats or physical force against someone unable to resist. The police are leaving no stone unturned as they continue their relentless investigation to build a watertight case.

As of now, Christian has remained silent, refraining from making any statements to the Thai media. It also remains uncertain whether he has secured legal representation.

So she is banging this American but demands he wears a condom always. When this last time he does not have a condom and decides he is going to get his rocks off even if she does not want it. What an idiot. The photo does not show the womans face and there is no detail to how he made this ordeal violent. But if the guy really violently attacked her to have sex without a condom then there should be sufficient marks on her body to show this. Otherwise, i do not see how they can prove it was forceable being the woman admits they often meet for casual sex.

The American was pretty stupid though. He could have used any number of tricks getting the condom off during sex if he was that desperate to feel her natural wetness.

Now, he had better already be out of the country or he is going to have a lot of money to pay and maybe a short stint at the friendly police hilton where he may be asking someone else for protection.

He must have been drink or something to do such a stupid act. Seems the deal they had together meeting that way was a decent agreement until he screwed it up.

At this point it she has made the accusation while he is saying nothing. The police are 'collecting evidence'. The only evidence in such cases will be the existence of any wounds the victim suffered during the alleged attack. In the absence of such evidence it will be a case of her word against his.

That would require a physical examination of a kind which usually takes place, and is only relevant, if the victim is deceased.  I'm not sure if a specimen would remain in place in a living person.

i do not think finding sperm in the vagina is sufficient proof. She has already admitted they have sex regularly. The fact of wearing a condom or is only a claim she is making. No proof of the fact she refused him without a condom before..

I wonder if the police here are smart enough to realize that though. They may go off some weird opinion or interpretation that does not follow your logic.

Hookers can make those same accusations. Many men don't realize that.

You are at risk of an allegation anytime you have a woman to your home or hers.  Building security or lobby staff are her first recourse that makes it impossible to deny the meeting. Your passport is also linked to the residence in most cases. As a foreigner you are at a great disadvantage if an accusation is made. Be careful.

Hooker will generally never accuse you of rape because it's her livelihood.

Unless you get violent and do sth similar to this.

Yes, you are correct.

So always respect the woman's wishes and don't force anything on them.

But I don't need to tell you that, Jim. You already know.

She would need to go to a hospital ASAP after the alleged incident took place where they use a "rape kit" to collect samples of foreign bodily fluids which would then need to be matched through DNA with the suspect.  No need to be deceased.  They would also document any physical abuse through photographs taken.
