Check out online sources in Thailand. I just googled it in the UK and new & used ABS pumps for a 125 Nmax start at around 4500 baht. Apparently the units can also be repaired - if you google it you will find several 'how to' videos on youtube.
Also, ask at a car repair shop - in the UK there are many specialist companies that repair ABS pumps, there may be similar in Thailand. A few years back the electronic side of the ABS unit on my BMW failed and a new one was around 70,000 baht. I sent it to a repairer by post and had it done for 7500 with a lifetime guarantee.
How many thousands of those ordinary peaceful palestinians entered Israel on Oct the 7th and helped in the atrocoties, how many helped bring hostages back and sold them to hamas? Did you notice those peaceful palestinians spitting on the hostages and cheering when Hamas brought them back to Gaza in trucks?
If you are going to live in it till you pop off, and have the cash, perhaps buy, if you're not sure about the future or area, might be best to rent, but, renting is money down the drain.
Saying that, my chum has a flat in Jomtien, his main residence is up country near me, he is not going to be with us much longer, been trying to sell it for a couple of years, with no luck...🤕
