Over 1,000 Motorbike Taxi Drivers Attend Seminar

Featured Replies

Khun Pratip, the Chief of Banglamung District opened a seminar at Pattaya School Number 7 on Monday Morning attended by over 1,000 motorbike drivers who were told to standardize their operations with regards to pricing and in relation to dealing with customers. There have been a number of incidents of late where complaints from Thai and foreign customers who utilize motorbike taxi drivers have been received.

Banglamung District would like these licensed motorbike taxi drivers to review their inconsistent pricing structures and to assist in maintaining the relationships between local Thai’s and Tourists, both foreign and Thai. They were also asked to assist Police by reporting any suspicious activities.
