Depends how often.  I stopped taking my multivitamin, and noticed a bit of fog.  Started taking again, and no fog.   Now take 1/2 of the multivitamin, and still no fog.

Obviously my diet lacks something that's in the vitamin.  Maybe try a low dose multivitamin.  Suggest low dose, as mine has 100+% of some nutrients, and a bit of overkill, since my 'whole food' diet is fairly decent.   BUT, missing something.

Still haven't gotten my vitamin / mineral blood test (no available here), to see, what if anything I'm deficient or OD'ing on.

All I take is the 1/2 Multi, Creatine (3-5g a day) & Magnesium (400mg)

First of all I would address your exercise regimen, without exercise I find it impossible to keep my head clear. The second thing I would look at is some type of very powerful superfood such as a green drink, with blue green spirulina, barley grass, wheat grass powder, broccoli powder, beetroot powder, kale powder, spinach powder, things like that. You can mix your own or you can buy them pre-made, they are all very powerful brain foods, and you'll notice a difference within days in terms of clarity.

If you give into inertia and do absolutely nothing you will go downhill fast.
