No one can convince me that injecting an experimental gen-product in my body that has 'cleverly'  be wrapped such that it by-passes my natural defense mechanisms and then instructs my cells to create the toxic spike-protein of a virus that has already mutated, would in any way better 'protect' me than my god-given immune system. 

That's common sense for me, and considering the continual adaptation and walk-back of claimed benefits of this originally touted '100% safe and effective' jabs, it was a wise decision by me not only to give it a pass but to shun it like the plague.  

And real-life trends with data comparing deaths/hopitalizations/health of Covid-vaxxed and unvaxxed persons are unequivocal that those who were coerced or manipulated in taking those shots have irreversibly screwed up their immune-system and are paying a heavy price for their gullibility/obedience.

And yet, the biggest FACT  is that the percentage of people on this forum who refuse to accept your version ( sorry if i call it that ....)   , well, the percentage here and worldwide is still lopsided in favor of the MSM version.   

Even on Western forums that have a majority of adament Non compliers , especially to the covid shots,  I read all the comments and its like 90% saying that they cannot convince even their families and friends to really delve into the science ... or as we call it,  the Real Science.

And yes, I know that my posts on Covid-19 and the jabs will be met with laughter, disdain and hostility by +90% of AN-members. 

But if my writings can sow a bit of doubt in the minds of those that are parroting the lies they are hearing/reading 24/7 on the mainstream media, and invoke some now still sleeping critical thinking skills in them, then my posts have not be in vain. 

As someone with great insight in human psychology wrote, you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink (even if it is dying from thirst but doesn't trust the source) ...

When COVID first loomed on the horizon in Thailand, I was in the most vulnerable cohort. My GF  is 23 years younger than me.

 

I got myself vaccinated with what was available at the time, Sinovac and AZ. My GF refused to do so, thanks to Thai social media and her circle of friends.

 

When we both developed COVID, I was over it in 2-3 days. Sore throat and runny nose, finish. OTOH, my much younger GF was very ill for 11-12 days. QED.

 

IMO social media has a lot to answer for, when, in the name of free speech, it allows totally unqualified quacks and deranged wingnuts to spread misinformation which puts  people's lives in danger.

The point i am making is that a vaccination is something that is given to stimulate immunity to a pathogen in advance. Polio vaccine is given as a preventative vaccine to give immunity, but is an exception in that Polio vaccine is also given post infection to hopefully halt the spread within the body and can be effective due to the way polio spreads. As someone has pointed out, Rabies vaccine is given post (assumed) innfection but there is a very narrow window and you are effectively immunising before the rabies virus has spread, again, the way Rabies spreads in the body makes this a viable treatment.

 

With Covid we went from being told that it would prevent infection to being told symptoms would be milder.

 

 

I am not a medical professional so these are my feelings on the issue.

 

There are a lot of people who interpret the word vaccine as to mean ONLY treatment that prevents the disease.  And the RNA covid vaccines only lessen the impact if one catches covid.  So this has some people up in arms over a definition of the word vaccine. 

 

IMO if it ends the widespread death and filling of hospitals I'll take the result either way.  And perhaps if they had sold it differently (what word other than vaccine I have no idea) we wouldn't have this debate. 

 

In fairness we are finding (I think) a higher than normal long term side effects of these vaccines and need an unbiased study to determine how widespread that is or if it is the new RNA stuff.
