We live outside the village, and no close neighbours. And as said, my dog do not leave our property without us.
The soi dogs goes a bit further, but stays at our land during night. Barking yes, but that's how it is. Accept it, or move. For thais, the soi dogs is their guards, keeps rodents and other animals away.
It is as I have said before no animal regulations or laws that protect animals from abuse or poor handling, and to me when reading here, and the hate most of the guys aims at the dogs, and not the system is behind my understanding.
To make or create better animal culture, regulations and laws have to be executed.
Every country had their share of the same as we see Thailand experience now, and nobody is able to see the connection.
