You seem to drive very little. From your "blowout" thread you said: "...the car is 12.5 years old and has done 78k, the tires have done about 12k in three years."
Assuming there is not much high-speed driving, I would buy the cheapest tires that fit.
That said, I would buy them from B-Quick or some other dealer that offers free balancing, free roadside assistance and free road hazard replacement.
